FreezeDriedJo ("The Company") captures specific personally identifiable information (PII) during the checkout sequence. This data includes the customer's full name, physical delivery address, email address, and active telephone number. We extract this data for the sole purpose of executing the commercial transaction, fulfilling the order, and ensuring the courier can accurately locate the delivery destination.

2.0 Payment Processing and Liability

The Company utilizes highly secure, multi-channel payment gateways to finalize transactions. These include Cash on Delivery (COD), the Cliq instant payment system, and authorized Third-Party Processors (TPP). When a customer opts for a TPP, the financial data routing occurs entirely on secure, external infrastructure. The Company does not capture, process, or store raw banking credentials or full credit card numbers on our internal databases. Total liability for the encryption and secure transmission of financial data remains strictly with the respective TPP.

3.0 The Prohibition of Data Brokering

Customer data is a protected operational asset. The Company categorically refuses to sell, lease, or distribute customer profiles to external marketing agencies or data brokers. Your information remains within our ecosystem. Data transmission is strictly limited to our essential operational partners. Simply put, physical addresses and phone numbers are shared exclusively with our contracted couriers because they require that data to hand you the product.

4.0 Marketing Authorization and Retention

By entering an email address and telephone number during the checkout process, the customer legally consents to receive future promotional communications from The Company. This authorization includes SMS marketing alerts and email newsletters detailing new product launches, upcoming Bazaar locations, and exclusive discounts. The customer retains the absolute right to revoke this consent at any time by utilizing the automated opt-out mechanisms embedded in our communications.
