Shipping Policy

1.0 Jurisdiction and Shipping Territories 

FreezeDriedJo ("The Company") operates and fulfills orders exclusively within the borders of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Shipping rates are variable, calculated dynamically at the point of checkout based on the destination address and current courier tariffs. By completing the transaction, the customer ("The Buyer") accepts the quoted shipping rate as final and non-negotiable. 

2.0 The Absolute Prohibition on Returns 

The Company manufactures and distributes consumable food products. To maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols, the return of physical goods is strictly prohibited. All sales are final. We will not accept returned merchandise under any circumstances, regardless of whether the primary packaging remains sealed. Subjective complaints regarding taste, texture, or buyer's remorse do not constitute legally valid grounds for a return or a financial chargeback. Any items shipped back to our facility without prior written authorization will be immediately discarded without compensation. 

3.0 Damage Claims and Replacements 

Logistics networks are run by humans, which means they are predictably flawed. Cargo damage occurs. However, The Company does not issue monetary refunds for goods damaged in transit. We solely issue exact product replacements, subject to the following stringent verification protocol: 

If a shipment arrives with compromised primary packaging (e.g., the sealed product bag is punctured or breached), The Buyer must: 

1. Capture high-resolution photographic evidence of both the damaged exterior shipping container and the specific compromised product bags. 
2. Submit this evidence via our official communication channels on the exact calendar date the courier marks the delivery as completed. 

Claims submitted after the recorded delivery date will be categorically denied to prevent fraudulent claims regarding post-delivery mishandling. Upon verification of legitimate transit damage, The Company will dispatch a replacement for the compromised items at no additional cost to The Buyer.
