1.0 Binding Agreement and Utilization

Accessing the FreezeDriedJo website constitutes immediate and absolute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This is a binding commercial agreement. If a user disputes any clause contained within this document, their sole authorized action is to terminate their session immediately. We reserve the unilateral right to amend these terms without prior notification.

2.0 Unregistered Intellectual Property Protection

Every photographic asset, video recording, product formulation, and block of written text on this platform is the exclusive property of FreezeDriedJo. Under standard copyright doctrines applicable in Jordan, full intellectual property rights vest with the creator the moment the work is fixed in a tangible medium. Formal government registration is not required to enforce these rights.

We grant users a restrictive, non-commercial license to view our media solely to execute a purchase. Unauthorized scraping, replication, or commercial redistribution of our proprietary assets will trigger standard enforcement actions under Jordanian intellectual property statutes.

3.0 Dynamic Pricing and Error Mitigation

Agricultural supply chains are volatile. Consequently, our retail pricing and inventory availability are subject to immediate adjustments. FreezeDriedJo accepts no liability for digital typographical errors regarding price or product details. In the event of an automated pricing glitch, we reserve the unmitigated right to cancel the affected transaction and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

4.0 Limitation of Liability

FreezeDriedJo manufactures consumable agricultural products. We make no medical or therapeutic claims. By purchasing our products, the consumer assumes all inherent risks associated with food consumption. Under no legal theory shall FreezeDriedJo, its operators, or its affiliates be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum financial liability for any dispute is strictly capped at the exact transactional value of the disputed order.

5.0 Governing Jurisdiction

This agreement and any associated disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal proceedings must be initiated and resolved within the competent courts of Amman.
